Dialogue :

Ira has an appointment with her businnes partner (Alfi) to talking about their business partnership. They have planning to have a meeting in Citra Restaurant. On Monday, December 2015 at 2 a.m. And Alfi have been waiting for Ira. But Ira comes late.

Ira        : Hi Alfi, good afternoon.

Alfi      : Hello Ira, good afternoon.

  How’s your day ?

Ira        :  It’s the busiest day I have ever had. I am sorry, i late.

Alfi      : That’s all right, tell me then.

Ira        : I have three appointment with my clients, presenting for  monthly project, and finishing some assignment. And the last is meeting with you. All of them must be doing in a day.

Alfi      : Be calm, girl. You still have some hours. I have ordered some food for you, here it is.

Ira        : Thank you so much.

              While we having lunch, let’s get started to open our meeting.

Alfi      : Okay, for our business partnership we have to planning job distribution. Have you some planning ?

Ira        : As we have arranged some time recently. I am responsible for the production. And for the marketing in your responsibility. For administration we want to hired someone to handle it, but off course in our control. I have some information for the raw matterial, and i have told them that someday we have to meeting with them. And we have to send the enquiries letter for the raw matterial. And how about your planning ?

Alfi      : In my opinion, for the first time we have to advertised our product on some media. And maybe we can send letter of offering product for potential customer.

Ira        : Yes you’re right. Next month we have to starting our recruitment for the labor and for the administration employee. What about advertised our recruitment

on newspaper and radio ?

Alfi      : I agree with you. I will advertised it.

            Ohh yeah, i forgot, what about the capital ?

Ira        : I have Rp 250.000.000,- and what about you ?

Alfi      : Emm... i have Rp 200.000.000. In your opinion how much capital that we need ?

Ira        : I think we need Rp 500.000.000,-. How abot we making credit on bank or we invite other friend to join our businness ?

Alfi      : Wait.. i think for start up our businness we use capital just from ours.

Ira        : Okay i agree.

Alfi      : What about overall for the production ?

Ira        : As i told,  i have some information for the raw matterials. For the process production and the equipment have planned. But, for the layout we need someone to make it ?

Alfi      : That’s easy... i have some friend that profesional on it. I will call them after we have decision where the place that we will use for our businness.

Ira        : Well, Tuesday we have meeting with Akasia Rental Company for our office.

Alfi      : Okay... whats time ?

Ira        : I will tell you letter.

Alfi      : Well, i think we have to invite our friend to join our businness so it will runs well.

Ira        : Yaps, we need some people to help us for starting this businness. What about invite our friends in collegue ?

Alfi      : That’s good idea. But, have you their contact ?

Ira        : Yes, i have some contact. I will call them.

Alfi      : Okay, what about the recruitment for public ?

Ira        : As i said, next month you must advertised our recruitment on radio and newspaper. And i will prepared the document for it.

Alfi      : Okay... for today’s meeting i think is enough.

Ira        : Okay.. and dont forget for Tuesday we have meeting with Akasia Rental company.

Alfi      : Yes... and thank you for the coorporation. Good bye, see you next time.

Ira        : You’re welcome. Good bye and see you.
